STORE POLICY

Shipping rate is a flat rate of $6 for Dose of Prana products. Purchases over $50 will receive free shipping. Dose of Prana does not ship internationally... yet.

 

Dose of Prana is a small-owned operation, with hand-crafted products made with quality we can guarantee, for that reason we do not accept refunds on any of our products. 

 

Dose of Prana will accept exchanges for damaged products, with photograph proof of damage within 3 days of receiving your delivery. Though we do not claim responsibility for packages after being shipped, we will help you open a claim with the post office if any packages are lost or missing after being marked as delivered; simply send us an email at DoseofPranallc@gmail.com explaining your situation and please be sure to include proof of your delivery being marked as delivered.

 

After ordering, please allow 3-4 business days for processing, we will send you an email with complete tracking information once your package has been shipped out. Please allow about 5-10 business days to receive your package.
